Southwestern Suburbia was originally recorded and released as a 12 song cassette in the Summer of 1990. All tracks were recorded on a Tascam 8-track reel-to-reel recorder at Fredıs house (Studio X) located in Phoenix, Arizona. All of the original master tapes have been re-mixed by Fred North and Wes Johnson for this CD release. Audible tape hiss has been left to preserve the original sound of the recordings.
